Our Service Guidelines
Booking Highlights (Explained in Detail Below)
Convenience On-Site: We bring our expert repair shop right to your location for all services.
Clear Costs: Our labor is fixed at $150 per hour with a one-time $150 service call fee.
Direct Communication: All estimates and invoices are shared directly with you via email or text outside this website
Easy Payments: We accept cash, Zelle, and cards (3% fee applies). Any parts used will include applicable sales tax.
Safe Work Environment: Please ensure the vehicle is parked on level ground and keep pets or children clear of the work area for safety while our technicians perform repairs.
1. Booking confirms your authorization for Chris & Sons Mobile Auto and RV Repair to service your vehicle.
2. All formal cost estimates and final invoices are sent via email or text.
3. No additional work is performed without your prior approval of new costs.
4. A flat $150 service call fee applies to every mobile visit.
5. Labor is billed at $150 per hour but we can bill in fifteen and thirty-minute increments after the one hour. There is a one hour minimum.
6. Total payment is due immediately upon completion of the repair work.
7. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Zelle, and major Credit/Debit cards.
8. A 3% transaction fee is added to all digital card payments.
9. Up-front deposits are required for parts on large jobs or special orders.
10. We provide a 30-day warranty on labor; parts are subject to manufacturer warranties.
11. We do not install customer-supplied parts to maintain quality and safety standards unless agreed upon before hand.
12. Vehicles must be parked on a flat, stable surface for technicians to work safely.
13. Keep children and pets away from the active work site at all times.
14. We may reschedule service due to dangerous weather or unsafe site conditions.
15. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden rot, or old parts that break during repair.
16. Owners must maintain active primary insurance coverage on the vehicle.
17. All legal matters are governed by Florida law within Osceola County jurisdiction.
